Aluminum ingots is non-ferrous product that is produced by pouring molten aluminum into special molds. These molds come in a variety of sizes and shapes, and the ingots created by this variety have different types in appearance. Aluminum A8 is used: for the production of pigs, ingots, wire rod, flat ingots, cast by semi-continuous method or continuous casting, and is intended for rolling into sheets, strips and other semi-finished products; aluminum Kommandos powder brands APS-1A and APS-1B, APS-2, APS-3 is intended for the production teplopereronsa deformable material type SAP. 2. Production process of aluminum ingots
There are two main methods for the production of aluminum ingots: the traditional alumina melting electrolysis method and the new direct aluminum alloy electrolysis method. The alumina smelting electrolysis method refers to first smelting raw materials such as phosphorite and aluminum hydroxide to obtain alumina, and then electrolytically refining the alumina in an electrolytic tank to obtain aluminum ingots; while the direct aluminum alloy electrolysis method is to smelt aluminum and other The alloying elements are dissolved in the molten salt, and aluminum ingots and alloys are obtained directly through electrolysis.
3. Uses of aluminum ingots
Aluminum ingots are the main raw materials for aluminum processing products such as aluminum profiles, aluminum profiles, aluminum foil, aluminum alloys, aluminum tubes, and aluminum plates.
